CML are currently working on the interior decoration of all communal areas to four L&Q owned retirement housing schemes in Beaconsfield and Burnham – Perry House, Duncan Lock House, Three Gables, and Kiln Court. All ceilings and walls are decorated in a Timenox intumescent paint to achieve a Class O fire rating, and handrails and skirtings finished in either a teak or pine woodstain.

External decoration has also been required at some of these sites to railings, balconies, and canopies, which has involved scraping down severely weathered paint and applying black Hammerite.
